Einar Kleppe Holthe

Einar Kleppe Holthe is the founder and global director of Fuglen and a key figure in Oslo's direct-trade coffee culture. He became Norwegian Barista Champion in 2007 and bought the former Kaffefuglen in 2008 to found Fuglen. Under his direction and ownership, Fuglen developed its Nordic light-roast, cafe-by-day and bar-by-night model from Oslo into markets across Asia.
