Elizabeth Hong is the Culinary Director of the Mozza Restaurant Group in Los Angeles, which includes Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza, and Chi Spacca. She began at Osteria Mozza after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena and later moved through roles including sous chef and executive chef before taking on her current leadership position.
