Elizabeth Puquio Landeo is a Peruvian chef who was based at Ambrosía in Chile and represented South America as a finalist in S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 in Milan. She won the Fine Dining Lovers People’s Choice Award for the 2017-18 competition cycle and presented her signature dish, Pescado de la Costa, in the finals.
