What started as a place for gathering has become a sustained practice in building environments that feel considered, welcoming, and deliberate.

Today

She is founder and co-owner of High Street Hospitality Group in Philadelphia. In that role, Yin continues to oversee a collection of concepts that treat restaurants as both social anchor and creative platform. The work stays tied to the same operating idea: dining can be more than a transaction, and the craft is in the rhythm, detail, and atmosphere that let a room hold both ease and intention.

Signature

Ellen's signature dishes include Fork and High Street on Market, kitchen+bar, High Street Restaurant & Bakery, and The Wonton Project. Each name reflects a different register of her approach to hospitality: how a place feels, how a meal moves, and how a guest is received.
