i. Biography
Elliott Moss is a South Carolina chef and whole-hog barbecue specialist with two James Beard Award nominations. He earned national recognition through The Admiral and Buxton Hall Barbecue in Asheville, North Carolina; Buxton Hall was named among Bon Appétit’s ten best new restaurants in 2016. He now runs Elliott’s Barbecue Lounge in Florence, South Carolina, with his wife Jennifer.
