i. Biography
Japan-born, Zurich-based Emi Fukahori co-founded MAME in 2016 to create a community around specialty coffee. She is an active barista, brewer and competition coach whose record includes the 2018 World Brewers Cup title and multiple Swiss Barista Championship wins.
