i. Biography
Emma Millar appears to be a distiller in Northern Ireland rather than a hospitality or wine professional. A 2025 profile says she is a senior distiller at Hinch Distillery in County Down, and a 2025 industry event listing says she joined Hinch in September 2020 after experience in gin and whiskey distilling in the Scottish Borders.
