Emmanuel Ivars

Today

Emmanuel Ivars trained at Loire Valley and Burgundy. Emmanuel went on to work as winemaker at different wineries in Ribera del Duero in Ribera del Duero, Spain (1992–2000). Today, Emmanuel is freelance technical advisor of different wineries in Castilla y León (since 2000).

Signature

Emmanuel's signature wines include Ferratus Sensaciones and Ferratus AØ 2018.

In Their Words “From the terroir and the meticulous work of the vineyard, I seek to highlight the typicality and the great aging capacity of the tempranillo, in order to obtain great red wines.” “My objective is to take advantage of the potential of tempranillo so that my wines have structure, elegance, depth and a long in mouth.”
