Since 2004, Rybinski has worked as winemaker at the estate in Villeseque. The role is defined less by a title change than by continuity of place, duration, and the wines that bear his name. The current range gives a clear reading of that practice: K-Barré 2023, Waż-K Pet Nat 2022, and K-Libre Chenin 2022 each show the estate’s work through a named bottling rather than a generic style.
