Enis Baçova

Enis Baçova is a chef and co-owner associated with Dante’s in Auckland, New Zealand, where he joined the business in 2013 and later became co-owner. He is head Chef and says he has helped drive business development, opened new sites, reconstructed existing ones, developed products, revised menus, and shaped strategy across the group. He was born in Tirana, Albania, and later trained as a pizzaiolo in Naples.
