i. Biography
Epifania Gómez Mejía is a mezcal producer and master distiller based in Rancho Blanco Güilá, Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, working with the García family on Erstwhile Mezcal releases. She is having learned mezcal production after marrying into the García family and as a producer of Zapotec heritage in Oaxaca.
