Éric Canino is the chef of La Voile at La Réserve Ramatuelle in Ramatuelle near Saint-Tropez, where official venue materials say he has headed the restaurant since the hotel opened in 2009. The restaurant is presented by the venue and the Michelin Guide as a two-Michelin-starred dining room, and the hotel’s materials describe Canino as a chef doublement étoilé with training under Michel Guérard.
