Eric Rousseau

Eric Rousseau is the third-generation leader of Domaine Armand Rousseau in Gevrey-Chambertin, Burgundy, where he runs the estate with his daughter Cyrielle. He joined the family domaine in 1982 after studying at Lycée Agricole et Viticole de Mâcon Davayé and completing one year of oenology studies at the University of Dijon. Under his direction, the estate has emphasized more organic viticulture and minimal-intervention winemaking across its 15.33 hectares, including holdings in Gevrey-Chambertin and Morey-Saint-Denis.
