Erminio Alajmo

Erminio Alajmo co-founded the modern Le Calandre with his wife Rita Chimetto in 1981. A lifelong waiter and restaurateur, he led the dining room and mentored his son Raffaele in service and wine before passing stewardship of the restaurant to Raffaele and Massimiliano Alajmo in 1994.
