Eugenio Cannoni is an Italian chef associated with La Scala at The Sukhothai Bangkok and later Sir Elly’s at The Peninsula Shanghai. In 2021, reporting on La Scala described him as the new chef at The Sukhothai Bangkok, where he showcased his native Piedmont/Monferrato culinary traditions through the restaurant’s set menus. By 2023–2024, official Peninsula materials identified him as Chef de Cuisine Eugenio Cannoni at Sir Elly’s, serving Northern Italian cuisine at The Peninsula Shanghai.
