Eunjo “Jo” Park

Eunjo “Jo” Park is a Seoul-born chef who built her career in New York kitchens including Daniel, Per Se, and Momofuku Ko before becoming executive chef at Momofuku Kāwi in Hudson Yards. She later worked at Momofuku Ssäm Bar at Pier 17 and has also been described as a private chef in New York City. Her cooking at Kāwi drew on fine-dining training, time cooking in Korea, and temple-cuisine study with Buddhist nun Jeong Kwan.
