F. Paul Pacult is a New York City–based spirits authority best known as the publisher and editor of F. Paul Pacult’s Spirit Journal, which he has published since 1991. He is also a consulting authority for beverage-alcohol companies and a founding member of Beverage Alcohol Resource (BAR) and Ultimate Beverage Challenge (UBC). He is a reviewer and expert who helped shape the modern spirits and cocktail revival through Spirit Journal, consulting work, and trade education.
