Federico Balzarini is the Beverage Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, where he leads ARGO, the hotel’s award-winning cocktail bar. He joined the hotel in 2023 after relocating from Bangkok, where he had worked at Vesper, and he has since overseen ARGO’s evolving cocktail programs including the ARGO Forestry and Combinations menus.
