Fergus Henderson

Fergus Henderson is an English chef and co-founder of St John in London, which he opened in Smithfield in 1994 with Trevor Gulliver and Jon Spiteri. He is widely associated with nose-to-tail cooking and later stepped back from day-to-day kitchen duties, remaining an active figure at St John. He received an MBE in 2005 and an OBE in the 2021 New Year Honours for services to the culinary arts.
