François Duvivier is the régisseur and winemaker associated with Domaine du Pélican in Montigny-lès-Arsures, Jura, a project created in 2012 with Guillaume d’Angerville of Domaine Marquis d’Angerville. He is the estate manager at Domaine du Pélican and as the manager in charge of viticulture, winemaking, and ageing at Domaine Marquis d’Angerville in Volnay.
