François Mitjavile is the Bordeaux winemaker behind Château Tertre Roteboeuf in Saint-Émilion, where his first vintage was in 1978, and he is also associated with Domaine de Cambes and Château Roc de Cambes. Tertre Roteboeuf is his flagship estate and places Roc de Cambes under his ownership, with Domaine de Cambes presented as part of the same Mitjavile family wine portfolio.
