Francois Pinault

François Pinault, a French billionaire businessman, acquired the historic Domaine René Engel in Vosne-Romanée, Côte de Nuits, Burgundy, in 2006 following the death of Philippe Engel, renaming it Domaine d'Eugénie. He is also the owner of Château Latour, a Bordeaux first-growth estate in Pauillac, purchased in 1993. Through his company Artémis, Pinault has expanded his wine portfolio to include other prestigious properties like Château-Grillet and Eisele Vineyard.
