Mike Bagale is a chef, restaurateur, and creative director associated with Sip & Guzzle in New York City, where he was identified in 2024 as Executive Chef and Partner and later described as stepping away from culinary, creative, and operating responsibilities in May 2026 while remaining a partner in the business. He is also widely identified with Alinea in Chicago, where multiple profiles describe him as the former executive chef of the three-Michelin-star restaurant.
