Frédéric Bourgoin is the current head of Bourgoin Cognac, a family estate in Tarsac/Saint-Saturnin in Charente, France, where the Bourgoin family has made Cognac since 1933 and begun bottling their own brand in 2015. He is the fourth generation of the family and the producer behind organically farmed, estate-made Cognac and Pineau des Charentes made on site.
