i. Biography
Freddie Noe is an eighth-generation Beam family distiller and the son of Jim Beam’s master distiller Fred Noe. He joined the distillery team in 2013, worked across multiple parts of the whiskey-making process, and created Little Book, an annual limited-release blended whiskey launched in 2017. In 2022, Suntory Global Spirits announced him as Master Distiller of the Fred B. Noe Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky, while he continues to serve as a family and company representative at industry and consumer events.
