Her career in Chicago hospitality includes roles at Boka Catering, BOKA Restaurant Group, GT Fish & Oyster, Amazing Edibles, and the Executives’ Club of Chicago. A 2025 One Off Hospitality post also identified her alongside partner Donnie Madia and VP of Catering & Events Michelle Krage at the group’s West Town commissary kitchen.
