Where They Are Now

Organic agriculture has been central to the estate’s direction from the start, and that principle still defines the way the land is approached. The idea is not presented as an accessory to the wines, but as the conditions under which they are properly made. As he put it, “Since the beginning of our activity, we have oriented ourselves toward organic agriculture because it seemed to us, and still seems to us today, the best way to enter delicately and operate in a natural environment.” The language is revealing: delicacy, natural environment, and a sense of entering rather than imposing. It reflects an ethos in which farming and winemaking are inseparable, and where the estate’s identity has been built through careful continuity.

Signature

Gabriele's signature wines include Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, Buondonno Chianti Classico Riserva magnum, Rosso Toscana, and Campo ai Ciliegi. Together, they sketch the estate’s style: grounded in Sangiovese, attentive to character, and faithful to the contours of the land. The range speaks to a winemaker working in layers, allowing each bottling to carry its own expression while remaining unmistakably part of the same family.
