Independent coverage also describes him as the proprietor/maître at Taverna 58 and says he is originally from San Vito Chietino, confirming his ties to Abruzzo’s restaurant scene. A separate hospitality listing associates his name with Sushi Saito in Hong Kong as chef, but the Four Seasons official page available here does not clearly name him, so that affiliation is treated cautiously.
