Garrett Byrne is the chef-owner of Campagne in Kilkenny, a French-inspired fine-dining restaurant he opened in 2008 with his partner Bríd Hannon. He was formerly head chef at Chapter One in Dublin before returning to Kilkenny to establish Campagne, which has. Byrne was named Georgina Campbell Chef of the Year for his work at Campagne.
