Gastón Riveira

Gastón Riveira is the Argentine chef, owner, founder, and creator of La Cabrera, the Buenos Aires parrilla he launched in Palermo in 2002 to reimagine traditional Argentine grill cooking. He is the cook, owner, and founder who turned away from a family path toward law to pursue gastronomy and build a new concept centered on Argentine beef. He is the creator and chef behind an expanding La Cabrera restaurant group with international locations, including the United States, Spain, and Latin America.
