Gérard Perse was a Bordeaux wine proprietor and winemaker best known as the owner of Château Pavie and Château Monbousquet in Saint-Émilion, with Vignobles Perse later also including Château Bellevue-Mondotte. He acquired Château Monbousquet in 1993, Château Pavie in 1998, and Château Bellevue-Mondotte in 2001, and helped drive Pavie to Premier Grand Cru Classé A status in 2012.
