Germán Martitegui

Germán Martitegui is an Argentine chef born in Necochea, Buenos Aires Province, who studied International Relations and Foreign Trade at the Universidad del Salvador before entering the kitchen. He trained with Beatriz Chomnalez, worked in France and Los Angeles, served as head chef for Francis Mallmann in 1994, and later opened Olsen in 2001, Casa Cruz in 2004, Tegui in 2009, and Marti in Buenos Aires in 2024.
