Ghislain Moritz is a French oenologist and wine consultant associated with Liliac - The Wine of Transylvania in Batoș, Mureș County, Romania. Romanian wine and business press is a French winemaking specialist who joined Liliac in 2022 after prior work in Romania and in Burgundy, where he began studying oenology in 2005.
