Gilles Descôtes

Gilles Descôtes was Champagne Bollinger’s cellar master from 2013 to 2022. He joined the house in May 2003 as assistant production director, later directing its vineyards and grape supply. At Bollinger, he helped create the PN range and worked on La Grande Année 2014. He died in January 2023.
