Giorgi Dakhishvili

Giorgi (Gogi) Dakishvili is a Georgian winemaker based in Kakheti, where he founded Dakishvili Family Vineyards and the Dakishvili family cellar in Shalauri near Telavi. He is a third-generation winemaker and the creator of Orgo and the Dakishvili Family Selection wines, with work spanning both traditional qvevri and modern winemaking.
