Those titles map onto a single method: move into the vineyard, assess the grape, and resist the urge to over-direct what follows. Giulia Benazzoli puts it simply: “Go into the vineyard. Check the quality of the grape, and let it talk by itself. That's the best way to make the wine speak.” The point is control through restraint, with the fruit carrying the argument.
