Giuseppe Stanzione is the chef guiding Glicine, the Michelin-starred restaurant at Hotel Santa Caterina in Amalfi, Italy. Hotel Santa Caterina’s official site identifies him as the chef for Glicine and describes the restaurant as a 1-star Michelin dining room at the property. Secondary coverage places him in Amalfi as executive chef of Glicine and notes his move there in December 2018 after leading the kitchen at Le Trabe in Capaccio-Paestum.
