Greg Marchand is a French chef and restaurateur identified with the Frenchie group in Paris, including Frenchie on rue du Nil, Frenchie Bar à Vins, Frenchie Pigalle, and the Frenchie to go/street-food concept. His official site says he opened Frenchie in Paris in 2009, followed by a wine bar in 2011 and a street-food restaurant in 2013, and later added Pigalle and Verbier locations in 2020.
