Guido Braeken is a Dutch chef born in Maastricht in 1984, known for leading Julemont at Château Wittem in Wittem and later moving to Create by Guido Braeken at Van Oys Maastricht Retreat in Eijsden-Margraten. He earned two Michelin stars for Julemont in 2022, and by 2025 Create was also recognized with two Michelin stars. He has been profiled as a rising fine-dining chef in the southern Netherlands, with media coverage noting his move from Beluga Loves You to Julemont and then to Create.
