    i. Biography

    Guillaume Fabre is the winemaker and co-proprietor of Clos Solène in Paso Robles’ Willow Creek District AVA, which he founded with Solène Fabre in 2007. He is also co-founder and winemaker of BENOM in Paso Robles, where he and his brother Arnaud Fabre launched the label in 2015 and later acquired a York Mountain AVA estate in 2023. Sources describe him as a sixth-generation French winemaker with family roots in Languedoc-Roussillon and Bordeaux, who first came to Paso Robles in 2005 for an internship at L’Aventure before building his California wineries.
