i. Biography
Günter Seeger is a German-born chef who built his career in the United States after moving there in 1985. He worked in Atlanta at the Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead and later opened Seeger’s, which was named Best New Restaurant by Esquire; after a long consulting period, he reopened in New York with Günter Seeger NY in Manhattan’s West Village, where the restaurant earned Michelin recognition.
