Hans Jörg Bachmeier

Hans Jörg Bachmeier is a German chef, cookbook author, and television presenter born in Eggenfelden in 1966. He was kitchen chef at Munich’s Restaurant Blauer Bock from 2004 to 2020, then founded and led Bachmeier Genussfreuden in Munich from 2020, and has hosted the Bavarian television series Einfach. Gut. Bachmeier since 2012. He trained in his family’s hospitality business and later refined his craft under Heinz Winkler, Alfons Schuhbeck, and Eckart Witzigmann.
