    Heejae Galluccio is the Executive Sous Chef at Birdie’s in Austin, Texas. Born in Korea and raised in Houston, she moved to Austin in 2020 after cooking in New York at Aureole and Gramercy Tavern, and she became Birdie’s executive sous chef. She won CultureMap Austin’s Rising Star Chef award.
