Heinz O. Wehmann is the chef at Landhaus Scherrer in Hamburg, where he began working in 1980 and has been Küchenchef and Geschäftsführer since 1981. Official sources also state that he later took sole leadership of Landhaus Scherrer and is presented by the restaurant as its chef leading a kitchen team focused on classic cuisine with modern creations.
