Helder Sequeira Amaral is the Executive Chef of SW Steakhouse at Wynn Palace in Cotai, Macau, where the restaurant serves premium steaks and fresh seafood with a philosophy centered on respecting ingredients and using restrained technique. Wynn’s official pages say he was born and raised in Portugal, entered the culinary field at age 16, and has worked in renowned restaurants around the world before moving to Macau more than a decade ago.
