i. Biography
Hélène Mardon is the fifth-generation head of Domaine Mardon in Quincy, in France’s Centre-Loire region, where she returned to the family estate in 2002 after working elsewhere. She manages the domaine and its commercial operations, and she has led the estate’s conversion to organic agriculture, beginning with Reuilly vineyards in 2017 and Quincy vineyards in 2022.
