    i. Biography

    Henrik Norström is the owner and creative leader of Lux Dag för Dag in Stockholm, a family-run restaurant on Lilla Essingen that he helped open in 2003 with his wife Lotta Norström. He has worked as a chef since 1989, won silver at the 2001 Bocuse d’Or, and later served for many years as Sweden’s judge in France and as president of the Swedish team. He has also authored two Swedish cookbooks, Mitt nära kök (2009) and Åtta råvaror (2015).
