i. Biography
Henry Davar is a beverage professional and Italian wine specialist currently listed by Mozza Restaurant Group as Beverage Director, with a 2024 Wine & Spirits interview describing him as running the wine programs for the Mozza Group in Los Angeles. He is a sommelier and Italian wine educator who worked at Del Posto, where he oversaw a Wine Spectator Grand list and helped earn a four-star New York Times review; he later became involved with Vinitaly International Academy as a faculty member and Italian Wine Expert.
