Hirohisa Nishide

Hirohisa Nishide is the fifth-generation head and brewer of Nishide Shuzo in Komatsu, Ishikawa, a family sake business founded in 1913. He trained for five years under master brewer Naohiko Noguchi before regaining management rights to the brewery in 2014 and restoring its original name, and he oversees small-batch sake production that includes the Harugokoro and HIROHISA labels. He is both the owner and brewer of the Hirohisa sake series, with his brewery continuing to operate from Shimo-Awazu-machi in Komatsu.
