i. Biography
Hubert Gallo is a hospitality executive with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he was promoted to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore in 2026 after serving as Restaurant & Lounge General Manager in Dubai. His earlier Four Seasons roles included Restaurant Manager for MINA Brasserie and Penrose Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre, and his first Four Seasons assignment was in Hong Kong as a Manager-in-Training and Assistant Outlet Manager. He was recognized in Caterer Middle East’s 30 Under 30 list in 2022 for his work in food and beverage leadership.
